All prices listed on our website are inclusive of GST. A 10% GST applies within Australia. Overseas orders (ex-Australia) are GST free.
Freight
We deliver using Australia Post. If you prefer we use an alternative freight service, please inform us.
Payment Options
We accept cheques and direct debit only. For payments by cheque or direct debit please ensure you remit the full total including freight and GST - contact us for this information.
Cheques should be made out to LCK International Pty Ltd and posted to 23/48 Havelock St, West Perth, WA 6005. Please include business or full name and invoice number.
For payments by direct debit - we can inform you of our account details if you choose this option.
Returns Policy
In the event that goods arrive in a damaged condition, please notify us and we will promptly arrange for an exchange, or credit your account for those items. We must receive notification within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
Returns will not be accepted for change of mind.
